9 Call Detail Records

The Call Detail Records (CDR) feature in the Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service provides detailed, historical insights into voice call activity across SIP-based services. A CDR is a record generated by telecommunications systems that captures key information about each call, such as call timing, duration, direction, source and destination numbers, and termination details.

The CDR page enables authorized users to search, filter, and analyze call records through a centralized, user-friendly interface. This capability helps users troubleshoot call issues, monitor usage patterns, and investigate call outcomes effectively.

The feature supports flexible filtering, sorting, and data exploration, allowing users to quickly locate specific calls or analyze trends over time. Access to CDR data is controlled through a dedicated role, ensuring that only users with the appropriate permissions can view this sensitive operational information.
