IBM Watson Speech Engine

Enter the following third-party speech engine details to configure the IBM Watson Speech Engine.

  • Provider - Cloud service offering the speech engine.
  • Watson Speech API Key - A unique authentication key used to access IBM Watson speech services.
  • Location Code - The region where your IBM Watson Speech Services are hosted. For example: us-east.
  • Language Model ID - It is the speech recognition model. Specify this during speech-to-text configuration. For example: en-US_BroadbandModel. To learn more about languages and models, refer to IBM Watson Next-generation languages and models.
  • Text-to-Speech Voice - The voice used to convert text into spoken audio. Specify this during text-to-speech configuration. For example: en-US_MichaelV3Voice. To learn more about supported location codes and TTS voice, refer to IBM Cloud Languages and voices.
