Third Party Speech Engines

The Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service enables the configuration of voice bots with the following third-party speech engines offered by these providers.

  1. Amazon Web Services
  2. Google Cloud
  3. IBM Watson
  4. Microsoft Azure AI Speech Service
  5. Oracle Cloud

You can use any combination of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) from a third-party speech engine while configuring a voice bot.

Note:

Language codes and voice ID names are case-sensitive across these speech engines.
