Campaigns

Frequency Capping for Commerce Campaigns

Commerce Campaigns now support frequency capping, allowing you to limit how often a member can earn a campaign bonus.

This enhancement provides greater control over promotional activity by enabling earning limits to be configured directly within a Commerce Campaign. Frequency capping can help manage promotional costs, prevent unintended over-earning, and support more targeted campaign strategies.

Widgets

Badges Widget

A new Badges Widget is now available to help members view and track badge achievements.

The widget displays badges a member has earned, as well as badges that are available to earn, along with relevant badge details. This provides greater visibility into achievement-based programs and helps members better understand their progress and available opportunities.

Like other Oracle CrowdTwist widgets, the Badges Widget can be customized using CSS to align with your brand’s look and feel, enabling a seamless experience.

Points Expiration

Reusable Points Expiration Schedules

Reusable Points Expiration gives loyalty teams more control over when earned points expire. Administrators can create multiple reusable rules once and apply the same expiration behavior wherever it is needed.

Managed from Settings à Points Expiration, admins can manage default, country-specific, and reusable expiration rules. Reusable rules can be created for day-based, month-end, or fixed-date expiration behavior.

This can be helpful for creating re-engagement campaigns, seasonal bonus campaigns and custom partner expiration rules.
